The formation of silicone rubber open-cell sponge: using a high-permeability polyurethane soft sponge carrier, using a dipping extrusion process, the liquid silicone rubber is coated on all the meridians of all high-permeability polyurethane soft sponges. Secondary vulcanization destroys the inner polyurethane sponge and makes a silicone rubber open-cell sponge with good air permeability. The temperature range of this material is -60-200℃.

Property of open cell silicone sponge foam rubber sheet is of combination of breathability and heat resistance. Its open cell on surface provide a corridor for air or steam water to pass through. Besides, thanks to its low compression and perfect, such products can also be used to cut into gasket working as cushion.
