1, Structure and Material Characteristics of Wire reinforced silicone hose

Inner layer: Made of platinum sulfide silicone or food grade silicone, produced in a clean room, with a smooth and odorless surface.
Enhancement layer: Reinforced by polyester fiber, 316 stainless steel wire or spiral steel wire weaving layer, it enhances compressive strength, resistance to twisting and vacuum resistance, with a burst pressure of up to 10-40 bar.
Outer layer: Some models are covered with milky white/transparent silicone or EPDM rubber, which is wear-resistant and ozone resistant.

The working temperature range is usually -60 ℃ to 200 ℃ (up to 260 ℃ in the short term), and it is resistant to chemical corrosion (weak acid, alkali, alcohol, etc.)
